The Impact4Values 2.0 project builds on the success of its predecessor by continuing to empower civil society organizations and communities in Slovenia and Croatia. Led by a Slovenian-Croatian consortium—CNVOS, Slagalica, and Solidarna—the initiative seeks to enhance civic resilience and capacity through a recognizable and evolving program. With €3.82 million in funding available, the project introduces a differentiated financial support system that tailors grants to the needs of various applicants, including small local groups, established organizations, and networks. Funding is distributed through four distinct calls: standard projects, program support, rapid actions, and local initiatives.

A cornerstone of the project is its dynamic capacity-building program, which uses innovative, transnational learning methods. Key themes include resilience, burnout prevention, and gender mainstreaming. The initiative offers thematic seminars and fosters cross-border collaboration, helping participants work through shared challenges and develop programmatic strategies. The EU Values Virtual Classroom—a multilingual digital platform—will remain active over the next four years, facilitating ongoing knowledge exchange and training for civic actors throughout the EU.

Overall, Impact4Values 2.0 aims to significantly strengthen the role of civil society in upholding and applying EU values such as human rights, democracy, and equality. By offering innovative financial tools and comprehensive organizational support, the project enables civil society organizations to scale their impact both within local communities and at broader institutional levels. It ultimately positions these groups as vital agents of sustainable, rights-based social change across borders.
